Allocation Policy

What you are agreeing to when you reserve

A group buy is not a shop. You are joining other practitioners to reach a supplier's minimum order, and that changes what we can promise and when. This page says exactly how it works, in plain terms, before you send any money.

Applies to Round 1 · last updated 26 August 2026

How an allocation works

STEP 1

You reserve

You claim a share of a pool. Nothing is charged automatically. Your reservation holds your place while the pool fills.

STEP 2

You pay to confirm

Send payment within the window below and post the reference. An unpaid reservation is released back to the pool so someone else can take it.

STEP 3

The round closes

At cut-off we place one combined order with the supplier. Pools that reached their minimum proceed. Pools that did not are refunded.

Because the order is placed once, at cut-off, we cannot add to it afterwards. That is why the cut-off is real and why we do not extend it.

If a pool does not fill

Our commitment

If a pool does not reach its minimum by cut-off, you are refunded in full within 48 hours of the round closing.

Full means the full amount you sent for that line, including its share of the logistics fee if nothing else in your order ships. Refunds go back through the same channel you paid with.

You may also choose to roll the amount into the next round instead of taking the refund. If you do nothing, we refund. We do not hold your money by default.

ProofPost the reference number or screenshot. We mark your order paid manually, so allow a few hours before it updates.
UnpaidReservations left unpaid past the window are released back to the pool without notice at cut-off.
PricesLocked at the moment you pay, not at the moment you reserve. Reserve prices are quotes.

On price corrections. If the site quotes a price that is wrong, we will tell you before the order ships and give you the choice to pay the difference or cancel that line for a full refund. We will not silently change what you agreed to, and we will not ship at a price you did not accept.

Shipping and timing

Every date on this site is an estimate, not a guarantee. A consolidated group buy moves at the speed of production, customs and freight, none of which we control, and it moves at the speed of its slowest line. That is the trade you are making for the price. All times are Manila time.

Overseas consolidation can slip. If a shipment is delayed we tell you the new date as soon as we have it, rather than going quiet, and the round timeline on the round history page shows where the current round actually is. A delay is not a reason for refund once a pool has filled and the supplier order is placed, because at that point the goods are bought.

What the goods look like when they arrive

Peptides are not a consumer product with a consistent finish, and a consolidated shipment travels a long way at varying temperature. Some of what buyers report as a fault is normal variation between batches, and none of it changes what is in the vial.

This is stated up front deliberately. It is cheaper for both of us than a disagreement after the fact.

What we keep to ourselves

We do not publish which supplier or which factory a round is sourced from. That is what keeps the price where it is; a channel that is public stops being a channel. What we will always tell you is the batch documentation we hold for what you actually received.

Changes, cancellations and returns

We do not accept returns on opened vials or on temperature-sensitive goods that have left our custody. That is a handling limit, not a sales tactic.

Who this is for

Peptology supplies licensed practitioners, clinics and certified researchers. By reserving you confirm you are one, and that you are responsible for how the goods are stored, prepared and used in your own practice.

We are a purchasing group. We are not your supplier of record, not a pharmacy, and nothing here is clinical advice. Product documentation is provided where the supplier issues it and is passed on unchanged.

Who you are dealing with

PEP
GB

Peptology is run by one operator, not a marketplace. Every round is sourced, consolidated, checked and dispatched by the same person you are messaging.

If something goes wrong, you are not filing a ticket into a void. Message the same number you ordered through and you will get an answer.

What is covered if something arrives wrong, and what a claim needs. This page covers the round, the payment window and the 48 hour refund when a pool does not fill. The evidence rule, how an approved claim is settled and what counts as a defect are on the terms of participation. Read the unboxing rule before your parcel arrives, not after.
