Extra tests cost more and are not in the total above. The desk quotes them on WhatsApp before you pay for them.
A changed manufacturer or batch number is a request. The lab decides what it can print, and we confirm with you before the test runs.
On hand stock is confirmed by the desk after you order. If an on hand item turns out to be sold out, we tell you on WhatsApp and you choose: a refund for that item, or move it to the next batch.
Labels
Every kit arrives with its own label on the box. The vials inside it are not labelled.
A loose vial bought on its own is always labelled, so you can tell what you have.
Label wording and colour options are coming. For now a label carries the item and its strength.
